How does it work?
Your tool will automatically switch to the appropriate tool depending on your action, or you can manually switch via a command.

For Example, if your harvester hoe was used to attack a mob, it would automatically switch to a sword, and if you are trying to fish by right clicking towards water, it will turn into a rod.
